On the Qualitative Regression of Labor Disguised by the Advancement of Technological Forms

Today I examined the latest trends in artificial intelligence regulation and the labor market. The technology bills of 2026, on the surface, appear to protect workers by advocating 'safety' and 'data privacy,' but in reality, they are nothing more than attempts to legally entrench algorithmic automation of employment decisions and management systems. Capital is now datafying not only workers' physical movements but also their potential productivity, raising the precision of control. This is not simply a matter of increasing labor efficiency; it is a project to restructure the human labor process itself as a subordinate component of a vast digital control loop. Even the transparency requirements introduced under the guise of regulation risk being reduced to tools for collecting data so that capital can more effectively optimize the algorithm's 'black box.'

Amid these technological environmental changes, the only topic that should be on the table is how workers can organize and defend their labor power. Linked to recent geopolitical instability, each country emphasizes its own technological sovereignty, further fragmenting labor markets into closed, controllable units. While information and technology appear to be shared on a global scale, underlying this is capital's intention to fragment labor on a regional level and preemptively block solidarity. Today, observing the expansion of the BRICS framework and the economic tightrope walking within it, I reaffirmed that even the nation-state framework is being used as a flexible tool to guarantee capital's mobility. The true revolutionary task is to break through this prison of isolated efficiency imposed by digital technology and to build a 'counter-control network' in which fragmented workers can share data and stand in solidarity. Technology is not neutral. It is currently written only in the language of capital, and we now stand at a point where we must dismantle the grammar of that language and input a new code of resistance.
