[Game Introduction] Dynamic Social Democracy

A political simulation web game where the goal is to lead the Social Democratic Party under the complex party system of the late Weimar Republic and protect German democracy.

The original game is Social Democracy: An Alternative History by Autumn Chen. Perhaps thinking the original was too easy compared to the reality faced by the SPD in actual history, this mod adds a Dynamic difficulty that incorporates the trolling of historical factions.

Based on actual history from 1928 to 1932, it intricately includes the shifting power relations, approval ratings, and international relations among various parties, making it fun to navigate through dynamic changes.

Its strengths are the intuitive screen layout optimized for mobile, and the ability to make various choices per turn without the screen becoming overly complex like a dashboard. Since it uses DendryNexus, a deck-card-based alternate history game engine created by Autumn Chen, the basic design should credit that engine. A drawback is that you draw cards from the deck to take actions, so you cannot predict what card will come up until you draw. However, giving choices for every action each turn would spread possibilities too thin, so it may be an unavoidable limitation...

Looking at the list of over 100 achievements, there are various detailed events beyond the basic goals, so it's worth trying multiple scenarios through repeated play.
