Edinonachalie

단일관리제

The one-person management principle in the Soviet economy that concentrated full directive authority and total responsibility in the head of each enterprise or institution. Formalized by the Central Committee resolution of September 5, 1929, it abolished the previous 'triangle' (director, party secretary, trade union chair) governance of factories and established the director's sole decision-making power. Factory committee oversight functions were extinguished, and workers' autonomy on the shop floor was replaced by an administrative chain of command.
