단일관리제
Edinonachalie
소련의 경제 관리에서 기업·기관의 장에게 모든 지시 권한과 전적인 책임을 집중시킨 1인 관리 원칙. 1929년 9월 5일 중앙위원회 결의 「생산 관리 정비와 단일관리제 확립에 관한 조치」로 공식화되어, 종전에 공장을 운영하던 '삼각형'(공장장·당비서·노조위원장) 체제를 폐지하고 이사장 단독 결정권을 확립했다. 이로써 공장위원회의 통제 기능은 소멸하고 노동자 계급의 생산 현장 자율성은 행정 명령 체계로 대체되었다.
