Izotov Movement

이조토프 운동

A form of socialist competition launched in 1932 by Donbas face-worker Nikita Izotov, notable as the first Soviet productivity campaign to couple record-breaking output with systematic on-the-job mentoring of less experienced workers. Izotov published his methods in Pravda in May 1932, and by December the first 'Izotov school' opened at the Kochegarka mine, spreading nationwide across mining and metallurgy.
