Vsevobuch

소련에서 노동자와 농민에게 생산을 중단하지 않고 의무적으로 군사 훈련을 실시한 제도. 1918년 4월 22일 전러시아중앙집행위원회 법령으로 창설되어 남북전쟁 기간 동안 적군(붉은 군대)의 주요 예비 병력 공급원으로 기능했으며, 1923년 중단되었다가 1941년 독소전쟁 발발과 함께 부활하여 1945년까지 약 986만 명이 훈련을 받았다. 니콜라이 포드보이스키가 초대 책임자로 제도를 설계하고 조직했다.
