Action Programme

1968년 4월 체코슬로바키아 공산당(KSČ) 중앙위원회가 채택한 개혁 강령으로, 프라하의 봄의 핵심 문서다. 검열 완화, 표현·이동의 자유 확대, 경제 분권화, 비밀경찰 권한 축소, 체코-슬로바키아 연방제 전환, 민주적 선거로의 10년 이행 로드맵을 담았으며, 공산당의 지도적 역할을 유지하면서도 다원주의적 정치 체제로의 전환을 제시했다. 두브체크 지도부가 주도했고 오타 시크 등 개혁파 경제학자들의 구상이 반영되었으며, 8월 바르샤바조약군 침공으로 강령의 이행은 중단되었다.
