의사 사건
Doctors' Plot
1952-53년 소련에서 날조된 반유대주의적 음모 사건으로, 크렘린 주치의 대부분이 유대인인 의사들이 소련 지도자들을 독살하려 했다는 혐의를 씌웠다. 1953년 1월 13일 《프라우다》가 9명의 저명한 의사들의 체포를 보도하면서 공개되었으며, 이들은 미국과 영국 정보기관 및 국제 유대인 조직 '조인트'와 연결되어 있다고 비난받았다. 스탈린 사망 직후인 1953년 4월 사건은 조작으로 판명되어 의사들은 석방·복권되었고, 흐루쇼프는 1956년 비밀 연설에서 스탈린이 직접 사건 조작을 지시했음을 폭로했다.
