유연안정성
Flexicurity
노동시장 유연성(flexibility)과 사회적 안전망(security)을 동시에 강화하는 통합적 노동시장 전략. 덴마크 사회민주당 총리 포울 뉘루프 라스무센이 1990년대에 처음 제안한 개념으로, 고용주의 자유로운 해고 권한, 관대한 실업급여, 적극적 노동시장 정책(ALMP)이라는 '황금 삼각형'으로 구성된다. 유럽연합은 2007년 이를 유럽고용전략의 핵심 원칙으로 채택했으나, 강력한 복지 재정과 높은 노조 조직률이 전제되지 않으면 해고 유연화만 남는 '단순 유연화'로 귀결될 위험이 있다는 비판이 제기된다.
