Lechsanupru (Kremlin Medical-Sanitary Administration)

소련 최고 지도부 전용 의료 기관. 1919년 2월 18일 세마슈코 보건인민위원과 본치브루예비치가 「크렘린 위생 감독 계획」에 서명하며 설립되었다. 크렘린과 정부 시설의 위생 관리, 고위 간부 진료, 요양소(바르비하 등) 운영을 담당했으며, 1953년 의사들의 음모 사건에 연루된 의사 대부분이 이곳 소속이었다.
