파르토르크

Partorg (Party Organizer)

소련 공산당의 말단 조직 책임자. 공장·집단농장·군부대·기관 등에 설치된 초급당조직(당세포) 또는 그 하위 조직(작업장·분견대 당그룹)의 선출 혹은 임명 지도자로서, 현장에서 당원을 관리하고 당의 방침을 관철하는 역할을 수행했다. 1934년 당규약에 '당 조직자(파르토르크)'라는 직함이 처음 명문화되었으며, 이후 대규모 사업장에는 당 중앙위원회가 직접 임명하는 '파르토르크 TsK'가 파견되어 기관장과 쌍두체제로 공장을 지휘했다. 군대에서는 정치장교(폴리트루크·잠폴리트)와 협업하거나 겸임하며 병사들의 사상 동향을 당에 보고했다.
