백분율 협정
Percentages Agreement
1944년 10월 9일 제4차 모스크바 회담에서 윈스턴 처칠과 이오시프 스탈린 사이에 비공식적으로 합의된 비밀 협정으로, 남동유럽을 백분율로 나누어 영국과 소련의 영향권을 설정했다. 처칠이 반쪽짜리 종이에 루마니아(소련 90%), 그리스(영국 90%), 유고슬라비아와 헝가리(각 50:50), 불가리아(소련 75%)라고 적어 건네자 스탈린이 파란 연필로 승인 표시를 하고 돌려주었다. 이후 몰로토프와 이든의 추가 교섭으로 헝가리와 불가리아의 소련 몫이 80%로 상향되었으며, 이 협정은 얄타 회담 이전에 이미 유럽 분할의 윤곽이 그려지고 있었음을 보여주는 상징적 사건으로 평가된다.
