Council of Chief Designers

소련 로켓·우주 개발을 이끈 비공식 최고 조정 기구로, 세르게이 코롤료프가 1946년 주요 설계국 수장들을 모아 구성했다. 초기 6인(코롤료프, 글루시코, 바르민, 필류긴, 랴잔스키, 쿠즈네초프)으로 출발해 '위대한 6인'으로 불렸으며, 이후 켈디시, 보골몰로프 등이 합류했다. 1961년 흐루쇼프의 후원을 등에 업은 블라디미르 첼로메이가 의장을 대체했으나, 1964년 흐루쇼프 실각과 1966년 코롤료프 사망으로 독자적 영향력을 상실하고 군산복합체 산하 자문 기관으로 흡수되었다.
