그루지야 사건
Georgian Affair (1922)
소련 결성 직전 그루지야 공산당 지도부가 모스크바의 자캅카스 연방 편입안에 저항하며 촉발된 정치적 충돌이다. 오르조니키제가 그루지야 볼셰비키를 구타하는 사건으로 번졌고, 이를 조사한 제르진스키 위원회가 오르조니키제 편을 들자 레닌은 격분하여 「민족 문제 또는 자치화에 관하여」를 구술했다. 이 사건은 스탈린-오르조니키제 노선의 승리로 끝났고, 레닌과 스탈린의 결별을 결정적으로 굳혔으며, 연방 구조를 둘러싼 대러시아 국수주의 대 민족 자결권의 긴장을 선명하게 드러냈다.
