Hero of Socialist Labour

사회주의노동영웅(Герой Социалистического Труда)은 1938년 12월 27일 소련 최고회의 상임위원회 칙령으로 제정된 노동 분야 최고 훈격의 명예 칭호이다. 산업·농업·과학·문화 등 경제·사회 건설에서 탁월한 혁신적 공로를 세운 소련 시민에게 수여되었으며, 수훈자에게는 레닌 훈장과 「망치와 낫」 금메달이 함께 주어졌다. 이 칭호는 군사적 공로에 주어지는 소비에트연방영웅과 쌍벽을 이루는 민간 최고 영예로서, 1991년 소련 해체까지 총 20,000명 이상이 수훈했다.
