정보전
Information Warfare
정보전(Information Warfare)은 정보의 수집·조작·유포를 통해 상대방의 인식과 의사결정에 개입하여 전략적 우위를 확보하는 대결 방식이다. 냉전기 소련의 '반사적 통제(reflexive control)' 이론에서 그 교리가 체계화되었으며, 21세기 들어 디지털 미디어와 소셜 플랫폼을 매개로 한 허위정보·선전·심리전의 형태로 확장되었다. 현대전에서 정보전은 군사적 교전과 평시 정치공작의 경계를 모호하게 만들며, 개별 사안의 진위보다 정보 환경 자체를 오염시켜 불확실성을 극대화하는 데 주력한다.
