1988 Law on Cooperatives
1988년 5월 26일 소련 최고소비에트가 채택한 법률로, 네프 종결 이후 처음으로 사적 기업 활동과 고용 노동에 합법적 지위를 부여했다. 생산협동조합과 소비협동조합의 설립을 허용하고 가격·임금의 자율 결정권을 보장했으며, 국영 기업과의 거래 및 은행 대출을 통해 사실상의 사적 자본 축적 통로를 열었다. 이 법은 페레스트로이카 경제 개혁 중 가장 급진적인 입법으로, 수만 개 협동조합과 최초의 '페레스트로이카 백만장자'들을 탄생시켰다.
