Law on State Enterprise (1987)

1987년 6월 30일 소련 최고회의가 채택하고 1988년 1월 발효된 법률로, 고르바초프의 페레스트로이카 경제 개혁의 핵심 입법이었다. 국영기업에 완전한 호즈라스초트(독립채산제)와 자기자금조달 원칙을 도입하여 기업이 국가 주문을 충족시킨 뒤 남는 생산물을 시장 수요에 따라 자율 처분할 수 있게 했고, 노동집단 평의회(STK)를 통한 자주관리도 규정했다. 그러나 가격 개혁이 수반되지 않은 채 임금 인상 자유만 주어지면서 통화 과잉과 재정 불균형을 심화시켰다는 평가를 받는다.
