모스크바 의정서

Moscow Protocol

1968년 8월 26~27일, 바르샤바조약군의 체코슬로바키아 침공 직후 소련 지도부가 납치된 체코슬로바키아 지도부에게 모스크바에서 강제로 서명하게 한 문서다. 공식 명칭은 「소련·체코슬로바키아 대표단 협상 의정서」이며, 프라하의 봄 개혁을 폐기하고 바르샤바조약군 주둔을 승인하며 제14차 당대회 결의를 무효화할 것을 요구하는 15개 조항으로 구성되었다. 체코슬로바키아 측에서는 국민전선 의장 프란티셰크 크리겔만이 서명을 거부했으며, 이 의정서는 이후 20년간 이어진 '정상화' 체제의 출발점이 되었다.
