현물세

Prodnalog

현물세는 1921년 3월 전러시아 중앙집행위원회 법령으로 도입되어 식량할당징발제(프로드라즈베르스트카)를 대체한 고정 식량 현물세이다. 네프의 첫 조치로서, 농민은 세금을 납부한 뒤 잉여 생산물을 시장에서 자유롭게 처분할 수 있게 되었고, 징발량은 기존 할당량보다 크게 낮아져 농업 생산 회복의 유인이 되었다. 1923년 단일 농업세로 대체되어 폐지되었으나, 전시공산주의에서 시장경제로의 전환을 상징하는 정책으로 남았다.
