Advanced Manufacturing Production Credit (AMPC)

2022년 인플레이션 감축법(IRA)에 의해 미국 세법 제45X조로 도입된 생산세액공제. 미국 내에서 제조된 배터리 셀(kWh당 35달러), 모듈(kWh당 10달러), 태양광·풍력 부품 및 주요 광물에 대해 생산량에 비례한 세금 공제를 제공한다. 한국 배터리 3사의 북미 공장이 주요 수혜자이며, LG에너지솔루션은 2026년 1분기에만 1,898억 원을 수령했으나 트럼프 행정부의 IRA 폐지·축소 움직임에 따라 존폐가 불확실한 상태다.
