Declaration of the Rights of the Working and Exploited People

1918년 1월 레닌이 기초하고 제3차 전러시아 소비에트 대회가 채택한 소비에트 러시아의 헌법적 선언이다. 제헌의회가 이 선언의 채택을 거부하자 볼셰비키와 좌파 사회혁명당은 의회에서 퇴장했고, 제헌의회는 해산되었다. 이 선언은 사적 토지소유 폐지, 노동자 통제, 은행 국유화, 노동 의무제, 적군 창설 등을 규정했으며, 이후 1918년 러시아 사회주의 연방 소비에트 공화국 헌법의 전문으로 편입되어 최초의 사회주의 헌법을 구성했다.
