국방평의회
National Defence Council (Consejo Nacional de Defensa)
스페인 내전 말기인 1939년 3월 5일 세기스문도 카사도 대령의 반네그린 쿠데타로 수립된 공화파 임시 통치기구다. 카사도와 훌리안 베스테이로, 미아하 장군을 중심으로 사회당·무정부주의·공화파 세력이 결집했으며, 프랑코와의 협상을 통한 '명예로운 평화'를 내세웠다. 그러나 프랑코는 무조건 항복만을 요구했고, 평의회는 어떤 보장도 얻지 못한 채 3월 27일 마드리드를 넘기고 회원 대부분이 영국 군함으로 탈출했다.
