Planned Economy

생산수단의 국가 소유를 기반으로 중앙 계획 기관(국가계획위원회, 고스플란)이 물자 수지 방식으로 투자·생산·분배를 통제한 소비에트형 경제 체제. 1928년 제1차 5개년계획으로 본격화되어 공업화와 전시 동원에서 압도적 생산력을 입증했으나, 가격 신호의 부재와 관료제적 경직성으로 만성적 부족·품질 저하·혁신 정체를 초래했다. 1991년 소련 해체로 폐기되었으며, 그 유산은 중앙계획의 동원 능력과 근본적 비효율이라는 상반된 평가로 남았다.
