이스트파르트
Istpart
소비에트 당사(黨史) 편찬의 제도적 기초를 놓은 연구기관으로, 정식 명칭은 '10월혁명 및 러시아공산당(볼셰비키) 역사 위원회'이다. 1920년 미하일 올민스키의 주도로 창설되어 중앙 및 전국 70여 개 지방 뷰로를 통해 당원 회고록·문서를 수집·보관·출판했으며, 1921년부터 기관지 『프롤레타르스카야 레볼류치야』를 발행했다. 1928년 레닌 연구소와 통합되어 독립기관으로서의 활동을 마감했으나, 1939년까지 마르크스-엥겔스-레닌 연구소 산하 부서로 존속하며 지역 이스트파르트를 지휘했다.
