June 3rd System
1907년 6월 3일 스톨리핀이 제2국가두마를 해산하고 선거법을 개정한 친위쿠데타로 수립된 러시아 제국의 정치 체제. 토지 소유 귀족과 부유한 도시 계층에 압도적으로 유리하게 선거권을 재편해 제3·제4두마에서 정부에 협조적인 보수 다수를 확보했으며, 자의적 통치와 제한된 의회주의를 결합한 '두마 군주제'의 성격을 띠었다. 1915년 진보블록이 결성되며 사실상 붕괴했다.
