군수공업위원회

Military-Industrial Commission (VPK)

소련 각료회의 산하에 설치된 상설 특별기관으로, 1957년부터 1991년까지 모든 방위산업 부처와 연구기관을 조정하고 무기·군사장비의 개발·생산 계획을 총괄한 군산복합체의 중추이다. 각료회의 부의장이 위원장을 겸했으며, 그 결정은 부처 소속과 무관하게 모든 방위산업 주체를 구속했다. CPSU 중앙위원회 방위산업부와 함께 소련 군산복합체의 이중적 당-국가 통제 구조를 구성했고, 미국과의 전략적 동등성 달성 과정에서 핵·미사일·우주 개발의 부처 간 병목을 해소하는 실무 엔진 역할을 했다.
