류틴 강령
Ryutin Platform
1932년 마르테먄 류틴이 작성한 약 200쪽 분량의 반대 강령으로, '마르크스-레닌주의자 동맹'이라는 당내 지하 조직의 정치 프로그램이었다. 강제 집단화 중단, 급속한 공업화 속도 조절, 트로츠키를 포함한 제명 당원들의 복권, 그리고 스탈린의 '강제적 제거'를 호소한 마지막 조직적 당내 저항이었다. 정보원의 밀고로 류틴을 비롯한 24명이 체포·제명·유배되었으며, 스탈린은 이 사건을 계기로 당내 적에 대한 편집증적 숙청 의지를 굳혀 대숙청으로 가는 결정적 분기점이 되었다.
